How to compare  Leadership Culture and Ethics in Exeed Industries and compare it with Culture and ethics in ADNOC? 

With notes that Exeed Industries has faced many issues:-

  • Changed its management continually for example; since end of 2021 tell binging of 2022 three times (CEO, CFO, HR etc..),
  • Its 100% Privet sector 
  • That created no stability in the organization 
  • There are like political  groups who supports each other if they don't like someone its means they will be removed 
  • No approved or clear policy or procedures fallowed in the organization mostly is opinion decisions. 
  • No equal salary ranges between staff  & between works 
  • The top management approved an organization chart that is not fallowed especially from the CEO himself once its comes to hiring in some position 
  • Staff has no increments unless they showed their resignation letter! (sometimes) 
  • With each new management  there are new planes  for developing staff (white color) and worker (blue color)  
  • management concentrate only on profit not on people
