Question: The point that I found to be very relatable was the role of the parents involvement in ABA. Although it can be difficult for parents to involve themselves in the therapy process, and they may feel that they should leave the therapy for the professionals, teaching them about the impact that they can have on their children is important. If the students don't continue to use the skills that they were taught in therapy, they might not retain those skills. Additionally, it teaches students how to carry those skills over into a natural environment.
