Assignment is based on the melbournes local public transport (public transport victoria PTV)
The topic that we choose for the assignment is developing an app for PTV featuring offers if people use public transport.
You need to include ideas behind this is to reduce traffic congestion in and around the city and also if any more interesting ideas with which people should care to use ptv.
We have to devise a plan how to attract people to use public transport and at the same time what sort of contribution we are doing in the environment.
Also we will discuss about the cost effectiveness, as in how much will it cost for providing some entertainment benefits. Basically you have to include every possible mean of how to attract people by providing some vouchers benefits and gaining some points if you consistently use the transport which will get you a free travel when you reach upto certain points, something like that.
Where you have to include about the plan, executing the product, launching, marketing, cost, product life cycle.
