Case: As a student of Organizational Behavior, you are aware of various issues at workplace which affect the effectiveness of an organization. Assume that you are a manager in an organization and based on the knowledge of OB, you want to apply the concepts that you learnt in this course while making decisions or setting policies. Please address the following questions:

Question 1. How would you measure job satisfaction of your employees? Give an example of Summation score method to explain this question.

Question 2. What elements/resources/rewards should they offer to keep employees motivated? How would companies ensure employee engagement and commitment when they are working from home?
