Scenario: Navigating Intimacy - Brian and Taylor's Journey Brian and Taylor, both in their late twenties, have been in a committed relationship for three years. Brian is a transgender man who began his transition two years ago and has been on hormone therapy ever since. Taylor was assigned female at birth but is a non-binary individual who prefers they/them pronouns and has not pursued any medical interventions as part of their gender expression.

Lately, the couple has been experiencing challenges in their sexual relationship. Since Bryan started his hormone therapy, he has noticed a significant change in his sexual desires and physical responses, which has been difficult for him to navigate. Taylor, on the other hand, has been struggling with body dysphoria which has been exacerbated by the shifts in their intimate life. This has led to a decrease in sexual activity between them, causing tension and a feeling of disconnect.
