Case: Maria is a 43 yo female medical assistant presenting to your outpatient OT clinic for lymphedema management s/p right axillary lymph node dissection 8 weeks ago. She is doing reasonably well since surgery and denies pain. When you ask her about her activity limitations, she mentions to you in passing that she is having some difficulty reaching up to the higher shelves in her home and her office. At the end of the session, she is putting her clothes back on and you notice her right scapula is noticeably projected off her rib cage as pictured below.
