Responding to two discussion board questions wether you agree or disagree with their responses. You will have two different responses don't combine them. Question 1. It is anticipated that the mother using drugs during pregnancy can pass down specific genetic problems to her child. For an explanation, the baby could be premature or have respiratory problems; the environment for that baby would likely be raised in an unstable environment with an unattached mother. The baby can be faced with neglect by the parents; not being brought up by nurturing parents, to me, is essential to a healthy child upbringing. Their attachment style probably be avoidant because they lack being raised in a loving, supportive house, especially if the mother is still an active user.

Question 2. Genetic influences can result from the use of dangerous substances during pregnancy such as deformities, disabilities, and more. If these children are surrounded by people who abuse substances it can affect the way they will grow and how they are taught. They might not be given enough attention, taught well, or disciplined which can affect how they will learn in school and will cause difficulties. Genetic and environmental influences by abuse of substances during pregnancy can cause behavioral problems for the child. It can also affect their growth and brain development which can cause struggles for them in school
