Problem

Design a weekly exercise program. Start by providing an overview of the pre-assessment evaluation findings client is an female 5'5 149lbs my client doesn't need to address any special needs or points of interest no family history of heart disease or diabetes. I have completed a VO2max = 29.70 ml/kg/min assessments completed also with My client resting blood pressure was systolic pressure was 120 and diastolic pressure was 19, which put my client in the normal range. During exercise the systolic pressure was 140 and diastolic pressure was 27. During exercise, healthy individuals experience a maximum blood pressure of up to 250 mmHg. Moreover, stress-induced diastolic blood pressure should only increase by up to 10 mmHg. Body fat composition was 18.6%. Explain how the assessment results will impacted the program you are to develope. The final page should be an excel grid of the weekly exercise program you designed along with a brief explanation of the program. The focus of this paper is not the exercise plan, but rather the assessments and how they influenced the personalized program you developed for your client.
