Introduction of the Case -
A new married couple and having son of completing 3 yrs. They are staying away from their hometown and without parents. They want to raise their baby with all the required 'Sanskar' so that they are not ready to leave him in Day care centers. They are staying at rented home. They are working for one of the world 2nd ranked company. Working in the environment of 24*7 with leading client from US. They have cooperative work culture in office. They should work in alternative shifts, as one of them should be at home with their baby. They are allow to take any leaves if they required - Prior approval.
As per the current situation, they both wanted to work to achieve their goals for them and for their baby to make their future easier.
They tried for some days doing alternative shifts and basis on that they have to know baby is adjustable with any one of them at a time.
Case problems -
1. Both are working without family support - its requirement.
2. They want to manage their kid well with their office work.
3. Priority could be - wife needed to have sleep (night) with her kid because she has to work in home (kitchen) too.
Opportunities/Positive things -
1. They can work for any of the shifts (within 24 hours).
2. They are allow/waiver to take emergency leaves.
3. Shifts timings should be following one after another (one at a time).
4. They have additional shift allowances up to 2300 if they work for late nights.
5. Saturday and Sunday holidays but they are allow to take work benefits - if they works.
6. Manager is very supportive for anything.
