This company manufactures a variety of cosmetics and hair and skin care products under several different brand names. You are applying specifically for a position as an intern for the Revlon cosmetics division of the company.

You have been asked to come in for an interview. The HR manager who interviews you explains that one of the primary concerns of any company is their external environment and how changes in the external environment can impact the business. In the interview, they provide you with a list of all the factors in the external environment. They want you to explain how these external influences can impact the organization.
