In this homework, you will reflect on your personal growth through the lens of personality psychology. Your task is to write a reflective essay that summarizes your understanding of personality psychology, how it relates to your own personality, and how you plan to apply this knowledge to achieve personal growth in your chosen areas. Be sure to include specific examples and personal anecdotes to support your ideas. You will reflect on the series of self-assessment measures taken during this class to identify your own personality traits, skills, strengths and weaknesses (e.g., MBTI, Big-5, McClelland, Achievement, Optimism/Pessimism, Type A/B). You will also reflect on the personality theories covered throughout this class to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and to identify areas for personal growth and development (psychological, emotional, and spiritual).
