Dissertation Topic: The effects of inflation on business

Purpose

As you cmplete this Doctoral Dialogue, you will demonstrate the ability to interpret, evaluate, and synthesize information that applies the key organizational culture principles and constructs to your stated prospectus topic.

Synopsis

You will discuss how your studies to this point blend in with or compliment how organizational culture, leadership, followership, and related individual and organizational performance are connected in a system of interaction.

Consider and focus on how your problem or topic relate to and present findings or studies that can shed scholarly meaning and emphasis on how the role organizational culture, leadership, and performance are related in a 21st century organization.

Prepare

Compile the key scholarly material and your proposed connection to it that justifies and supports the synthesis of research showing the relationship of your topic to the key dynamics of organizational culture, leadership, followership, and ultimately effective or ineffective performance.

Compose

Compose a 300 to 700 paper that is a summary synthesis reflecting specifically how the three dynamics of organizational culture, leadership and performance intersect and are complimentary to your proposed dissertation topic and/or selected organizational problem.

Note: Write in the third person to ensure objectivity but do not identify your organization if it is your topic area. Include a reference list (APA) of all the sources you cited. You may, if you prefer, crte your reference list in a Word document and attach it to your post.
