Martin Luther King Jr. had an internal driving force that can be linked to the presence of equality, fairness, and justice for all people and his behaviors demonstrated such motivating operations. My 2-year-old daughter has a sweet tooth and loves M&Ms. She loves the candy so much that she walks around the house asking everyone (including the dog) for M&Ms. Her love for the candy is such a motivator that she was potty trained in 2 days. People all have intrinsic motivating desires that allow people to progress through life. Take a moment and think about what makes up motivating operations.
