Case Study: The CEO of a local hospital group is exploring the idea of centralizing all of their IT services. They consist of four licensed, acute-care hospitals, three free-standing outpatient surgery centers, home care and hospice, physician practices, and multiple other facilities and services. Due to security and financial concerns, the hospital is exploring the possibility of using one of their locations as the main distribution facility for all of their locations' medical services.
