The paper will discuss the role of Human Resource Management in respect to the theoretical concept related to the context. It is analyzed that several ways are present that help HR to supports the business goals and strategy respectively and they are selection and recruitment, compensation and performance appraisal, strategically alignment of firms's values as well as mission and the maintenance of effective administrative prospect. Apart from this, the paper will also discuss about the role of management as well as the HRM function in improving the betterment of the employees and also the organization present in the several markets.
