Pick a situation where in your past (or present) handled a management situation badly. We all have them, no one is immune. This could be at work, at home, at school with an instructor or classmate, at church, etc.

First, you must write out the situation like a case study. You need to explain the problem, the issues and the resolution, if there was one. Be specific. Include people, places, times and dates. This needs to be at least 3-4 paragraphs.

Second, you need to provide 2-3 decision options for your situation. This can include the resolution that occurred as well other resolutions that you considered. These solutions must be coherent and feasible.

Third, you need to complete a ethical analysis form including as many possible people, groups, or businesses that you can imagine would be impacted by this situation.

Forth, you will explain in writing how the resolution could/should have been different. This section needs to be at least 2-3 paragraphs. You should include how ethics, diversity, civility should be incorporated into the resolution.

If none of these topics were included in the resolution, explain why you think that was the case and how you would have come to a different resolution now that you have completed the first 6 weeks of this class.
