Mary is a 28-year-old woman, who has mild developmental issues and has been involved with your organization for the last 10 years. Your organization's mission is to help those with developmental issues to live successful independent lives. Your role as Mary's case manager includes ensuring, through weekly meetings, that Mary is successful in her independent living and working situation. Your weekly touch-base accounts for Mary's basic needs, including clean and safe housing, proper nutrition, hygiene, medication monitoring, financial planning, and overall client wellbeing. You are required to spend one hour per week with Mary, typically at her apartment.
