Questions: Project: New EHR implementation (the old EHR system Cerner transitioning to the new EHR system Epic) and medication alert fatigue amongst clinicians in Sharp Healthcare

1. Problem statement: Provide a concise statement that includes a description of (a) the problem, (b) who and what is affected by the problem, (c) the impact or consequence of the problem, and (d) the proposed solution.
2. Justification: How the proposed solution meets a business need and aligns with organizational objectives and goals.
3. Baseline and project: specific data What is required to measure the project's success? Who are the necessary subject-matter experts required for this task?
4. Scope of project: define what is "in scope" and "out of scope" for the project. What are high-level deliverables and completion criteria to determine project deliverables?
5. Project plan: Who are the stakeholders/project drivers, milestones, timeline, tasks and activities, resources, budget constraints, barriers and risks, project methodologies, and process and implementation strategies?
6. Application of the systems development life cycle (SDLC): How is it applied to the proposed informatics solution project to resolve the gap or problem identified for your specified healthcare organization?
