Case Scenerio: The marketing department at a large financial services organization recently had its budget slashed and is asking for the analytics team's help in maximizing the use of its budget by making sure the same prospective customers are not being contacted across multiple channels.

Your role: You are the head of the marketing team at a large financial institution. The full marketing department was so pleased with the analytics team's analysis and your presentation of it that they have asked you to present the results to the company's executive steering committee to support your assertion that the department is working diligently to remain under budget, even though the budget has been reduced by over 20% this year compared to the prior year.

Requirements: Use the information from Assessment 3 for this assessment.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to support the marketing department's assertion that they are saving money and working diligently to remain under budget. In your presentation:

Summarize the analytic methods and results that were provided by the analysts. Be sure to include your recommended optimal solution.

Summarize your proposed plan for how the marketing department might use or implement the results of the analysis from the recommended solution.

Analyze the financial effects or benefits of your proposed implementation plan.
Be sure that your presentation is appropriate for a non-analytical executive audience.
