Many global health challenges stem from health equity and social justice issues. For this milestone, you will submit a draft of Part II of your final project, the Health Equity and Social Justice section. You will speculate on some of the underlying causes of the issues related to the tuberculosis burden amongst garment factory workers in Bangladesh, which you previously analyzed in Milestone Two. Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed: Determine the extent to which leaders in the population have acted upon guidance provided by global health policies and organizations, if at all. Be sure to support your response with evidence. Explain how the health challenge is also an issue of health equity. Explain how the health challenge is also an issue of social justice.
