3) Describe how the ecosystems perspective views human development.
4) Based on your direct or indirect experience at work or in your life, answer the following questions:
a) Give an example of a situation where a goodness-of-fit was achieved.
b) Give an example of a situation where a goodness-of-fit was not achieved despite maximum efforts. Try to analyze why achieving a goodness-of-fit was not successful.
c) Discuss a possible drawback of this perspective based on your answer to the question above.
