Create a presentation representingGlobal IT Technical Support Department, which would be displayed at the company's quarterly (Q1) meeting (where all departments present their Q1 business objectives and their achievements).

What you need to submit:

1. Create a design brief for your presentation

• Prepare a feedback form to ensure the client requirements are met and satisfied.
