Problem

One of your roles as an educator is to partner with families. Your program believes that families should be empowered to choose the childcare that best fits their child's needs and their families' values. Your program also believes that family partnerships begin when families tour your program for the first time and extend beyond a child's enrollment. A family is interested in enrolling in your program, and your director has asked you to give a tour and share your program's curriculum.

Instructions:

First, select the format for your communication piece: a presentation, script, flyer, virtual tour, or another format to share your program's curriculum philosophy.

Next, develop a communication piece that includes the following:

1. The name and a description of the specific curriculum approach or model implemented in your program.

2. An example of what the curriculum looks like in action in a program.
