Case: The combination of an objective/goal plus evaluation criterion (measures/metrics) creates the basis for a control. Identify 3 examples of controls that you would recommend for a re-negotiated contract for the Canadian Aeronautics Administration, specifying the objectives/goals and how each goal should be evaluated to create controls that ensure that the goal is met.

Be creative: these controls are not explicitly listed in the case, but the case suggests appropriate controls. Each control combines objective/goal and evaluation criterion, and should be distinct from the others.
