Assignment Topic - Integrative Final Learning Project

Instructions - Write an essay of 300 words with cover page and reference page. Both the cover page and the reference pages are not part of the 300 words.

The writing will focus on how the information learned in this course will prepare us for success within the DBA program. He/she will provide the following specifics:

1. An introductory page that will high key points we've covered so far; asking the right question (from the book: Asking the Right Questions by M. Neil Browne et al., also emphasize critical thinking and how it will help us in the DBA program).

2. How the concepts in Common Sense Economics book by Gwartney et al. will help prepare us to the DBA

3. Two other books; Who Moved My Cheese and You Are Not So Smart. All these books have some concepts that we can use as we get prepared for my career in healthcare management. All of these books should make sense in support the learning environment of a DBA program with focus in healthcare management.

Attaching all of the projects that we did with all the major concepts in them. This assignment must be supported by all four books mentioned in the projects attached and at least two peer reviews journal.

Please see the below tips for referencing peer review articles: There are three levels of peer-reviewed sources Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. When you find an article that is published in the Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, or California Management Review, these are tier 1 peer-reviewed sources. There are many tier 1 sources most of which are published by academic institutions.

One thing to keep in mind is that a tier 1 source is always a top-level journal article. This means it is widely read and can/has withstood critical review by peers. You should always try and look at these first when you begin any research project.

A journal that is a tier 2 source is also a peer-reviewed source. It is not as widely read as a tier 1 journal article but is primarily read by those that are practitioners in a given field (Human Resources, Marketing Management or Accounting...etc.) These are journals like The Journal of Human Resource Management etc. These are high quality journals

Finally, tier 3 journals have even less readership. However, they are still peer-reviewed sources. These are journals such as Aircraft Maintenance Technician, or Nurse Practitioner...etc. These are very specific to the field people work in. Since people that work directly in the field generally read these they provide peer-review and critical review on the articles published. All other published sources fit other categories are not considered peer-reviewed.
