Case Study: Finding the balance between in-person customer service and using technology for customer service can be challenging. Think of a company associated with your stream of study (Flight, Hospitality, Tourism) and propose a strategy to utilise technologies identified in the week 7 class (customer service via technology) to provide customer service that meets or surpass the customer's expectations.
