All electronic appliances used in our day-to-day life use programming that helps them to behave in an expected manner. Identify five appliances from your daily life.

Based on your research and your observations of how the appliances you chose work, answer the following questions:

  • What are your views on how they use or do not use programming?

  • Can any of the steps in program development be skipped or the sequence of steps changed? Why or why not? Justify your answer with examples.
