Paper and Presentation:
Complete a research paper and presentation on the same topic. Students will choose the focus/topic of the paper and presentation, but topic must be pre-approved (submit via "Paper and Presentation Topic" assignment in Canvas). The topic should be related to an IT area required to support operations of a business (manufacturing or service) or an IT case study of an organization. The focus should be on how the adoption of the IT solution helped alleviate a business problem. No two students may have the same topic or same organization/company.
Here is a summary of some details:
Paper:
- 7-10 pages, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, 12 pnint font size, 1 inch margins
- Microsoft Word format ONLII (.docx file format)
- Proper citing (APA style) and Bibliography are required
- At least 4 references must be used, in addition to the textbook if you use it as a reference

Presentation:
- 10-12 minutes in length on a summary of the paper/topic
- Proper citing (APA style) and Bibliography are required
- At least 4 references must be used, in addition to the textbook if you use it as a reference
- A discussion thread will be set up for each person's presentation to facilitate comments and questions from other students
- NOTE - the peer review is actually done in individual discussion threads for each classmate
