Literature Review

A literature review discusses published information in a research area, and sometimes information in a subject area within a certain time period.

Select high-quality articles for literature review.

Perform a literature review on one of the following exemplar topics:

• How should we select the online meeting solution? What factors can influence the university/admonitor's decision to adopt a particular online meeting solution?
• What factors influence a user's decision to use a mobile app service that involves business transactions? What factors deter a user to use such an app/service?

Approach these questions using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the Pygmalion Effect Theory, the Cotangent/Convergent/Emerging Norm Theories. Use the Action Design Research Framework as a reference to structure the thinking process. The outcome of the review should be a research model or a set of research questions/hypotheses.

• Exact 5 articles need to be reviewed.
• Identify one seminal article to explain the anchor theory.
• Require 3 articles selected from high-quality academic journals. Do not refer to web articles as the main selections. Two articles can be from Trade Journal or Conference Proceedings. Prefer all the selected articles are from peer-reviewed articles.
• These 5 articles need to be closely related to the topic or to the theory. The summary must integrate these five articles well. Require a summary for each individual article separately.
• Require total summary of five articles
• The organization of the write-up should be logically sound.
• Need to present a well-integrated summary of selected articles.
• The ideas from the five articles need to be synthesized.
