Question: Analiza Miller is 38 years old divorce female with teenage daughters 16 and 14 years old. She is employed full time a school custodian and she is having difficulty financially. Her 16-year-old daughter is 3 months pregnant, and her ex-husband is an alcoholic and cannot relied on for financial assistance. They lived-in low-cost housing, her mother who lives two blocks away is in early stagesAlzheimer'simer disease and needs regular assistance. This event is challenging for Analiza, she knows that she will be supporting her daughter and the grandchild, her mother fell and broke her arms. And now she is trying to meet all the increasing demands and needs of the family. All of these weighed heavily on Analiza mind, she can't sleep,feltg highly anxious, had intermittent diarrhea, highly irritable which leads to constants arguments with a co-workers. She began experiencing severe headaches so she visited the urgent care clinic, she feels like she had a brain tumor but the physician said nothing to worry about because she only experiencing tension headaches, and she is also a little hypertensive.
