We handle most of our cases on an hourly fee for our services. We value our time, and we wish to work with clients who value our time as well. We have a no-asshole policy, meaning we do not represent assholes or tolerate their crap. We understand that in temporary times of stress people may have some asshole-like behavior, but they are not truly assholes. This means we rely upon each member of our Team to examine the honesty, integrity, and sanity of the potential new client (PNC). Please explain how to conduct such an examination, what would look and listen for and how should feedback to the Legal Team about the PNC and whether or not the initial assessment was that the person was an asshole versus a person experiencing situational stress causing him/her to exhibit some asshole-like behavior.
