The final slide must be included within the 10 minutes to be graded. Without an end-text reference list, it may not be possible to evaluate your ability to identify, evaluate and use sources.

In this assessment task, you will draw upon insights gained across the unit to create a video presentation in response to a case study. Your presentation will outline the next steps for BHP's Chief People Officer, considering the social, economic, and political context surrounding the case. Your presentation should address the following questions:
- What specific human resource management (HRM) strategies, practices, policies, or procedures may have caused or contributed to the underpayment of workers at BHP?
- In what ways do the principles and objectives of the 'same pay, same job' legislation contribute to BHP's opposition to the reform, and why?
