Problem

What can I say back to reply to my peer to add to the conversation My research proposal was originally on how levels of socioeconomic level effects your access to health care. It has since been changed how to secondary trauma effects burn out in the health care field. The research questions and hypothesis asked if secondary traumatic symptoms different for everyone or are all medical professional dealt with the same ordeal? Is there a solution to feeling completely emotionally depleted, in a field where it can feel inevitable? We can assume that people know how secondary traumatic a certain position can be upon entering the field, but at what point does it feel unbearable? Also, how can getting to that point be prevented? How often is it that nurses get out of the field completely? In addition, a hypothesis I'd like to learn more about is if there is an intersection between compassion fatigue and medical errors. Based on this topic the evaluation that would be included would definitely be summative and formative evaluations Summative evolutions would include a summary the outcomes and changes, which are always a given in any researched project.
