Strategic Plan: The first part is a 2-page strategic plan, setting forth your digital media initiative. The plan should demonstrate clearly how the project aligns with and supports larger organizational goals and delivers expected key performance indicators (KPIs).
Project Plan: The second part is a 2-page project plan that identifies key tasks, key deliverables, team members, timelines and schedules, and responsibilities. The project plan should include sufficient detail to enable and ensure the successful tracking and execution of the project.
Budget: The third part is a 1-page budget for the project that is realistic and representative of all costs of the project, while minimizing expenses to the extent possible. The budget should include a summary of all major cost elements, along with a realistic estimate of the cost for each element.
Problem Resolution: The fourth part is a 2-page framework for identifying, assessing, and resolving a sample problem with a diverse project team that arises during the course of the project. This should include a statement of the problem, resolutions that were considered, the selected resolution, and the rationale for the selected resolution.
