Select a culture they are not familiar with. Conduct research into how people from this culture express their emotions.

a. Write a report on the findings. In the report, describe at least two (2) strategies they could use in the workplace to ensure communication was culturally appropriate and took into account the varying emotions/expressions of this culture. (500 -750 words)

b. Provide at least three (3) examples of the ways in which emotions are displayed by people in other cultures and discuss how that may affect the way they would interact with them in the workplace. Using the 3 examples, dot point in a plan, as to how they and other staff members should personally respond in an appropriate way. (100-150 words).
