Address the situation as thoroughly as possible. Firing Jocelyn is not an option-work under the assumption that the issues CAN be addressed with the right interventions. Use what you have learned with respect to motivation, leadership, communication and organizational change to provide four specific recommendations to Joe that you believe will help address the issues you see in the organization. Your memo should clearly explain:
