You will then explore a legal/ethical issue within this sector and apply how the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) address and alleviate this issue. You will use critical thinking skills to analyze the strengths and challenges of using the ACA or HIPAA to alleviate this legal issue. You will address how organizational behavior can affect quality management's position on and role in resolving this legal/ethical issue.
