Study the human resource management department of any one organization operating in Oman and write a case study.

You will need to select an organization that has a formal HR department. Your case study should consist followings

A. Background / History of the organization.
B. Industry information (a comprehensive information about the industry in which that organization is operating)
C. Information about direct and indirect competitors
D. Information about the followings
E. Organizational strategy (including visions and mission)
F. Organizational structure including structure of HR department
G. HR functions and HR strategy
H. And processes.
I. Note: I expect we get detailed information about every function of HRM.
J. HR related challenges and issues that organization faced in the past
K. HR related challenges and issues organization is facing currently.

Task

A. Clear indication of distribution of work among group members, highlighting contribution of each group member clearly.

B. Your report should also state method of data collection, how organization was shortlisted, and how they were approached.

C. Provide audio recording of the interview(s)

D. Interviews shall be conducted in English.

E. References if you take data from website, etc

F. Analysis of the data and presentation of the data

G. Report writing (clarity, cohesiveness, completeness etc).

H. You are also expected to give a presentation as per outline plan.
