Create and submit a slide-based presentation where you present your design for how a new company could incorporate HR analytics. Imagine that you have been hired by a start-up software company with 50 employees as the new HR Director. The CEO is very data-driven and wants you to implement a new system where analytics can be used to measure and improve the performance of the individuals and the organization as a whole.
