The electric motor of your new 2012 Chevrolet Volt is rated at 111 kW [W=J/s]. The mass of the car is 1600kg. For awhile you drive behind a truck traveling 27m/s. Th pass it, you speed up to 34m/s. How much time will it take to reach the higher speed if you deploy full engine power? Ignore air drag.
