She says she has been distributing her calories as 50% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 20% fat. Based upon what you have learned in this class, answer the following questions:

Is 110 pounds a reasonable weight for Lucy? Justify your answer by calculating using the minimum body weight formula.
Based on the recommendations that athletes not restrict energy intake to less than 30 kcal/kg/day, is Lucy consuming enough calories? If not, what is your recommendation?
