A growing problem in our country is childhood obesity. Young kids are heavier and less physically active than they've ever been. Part of this problem is the advances in technology, but also because of a reduction in physical education classes, lack of nutritional education in schools, and unhealthy lunches. Most kids and even young adults just don't know what is healthy to eat or how to go about implementing a diet into their lives.
