Solve the all parts of following problem:

Problem: A particular spring has a force constant of 2.9 x 103 N/m.

Part A: How much mass would have to be suspended from the vertical spring to stretch it the first 5.0cm?

Part B: How much more mass would have to be suspended from the vertical spring to stretch it the additional 3.0cm?

I'm having problems with this question. Please, show me the process of solution. Thanks!
