Question - After a year of operations, Hapi, Neeyu and Yir decided to divide their profit amounting to P850,000. They agreed that the first P320,000 be given as their salaries; Hapi receiving P100,000 and Neeyu P180,000. The next P160,000 will be in the form of interest, Hapi, Neeyu and Yir receiving P45,000, P25,000 and P90,000 respectively. It was agreed by the partners that a total of 25% bonus would be given to compensate their hard labor; this would then be divided equally. The remaining profit shall be divided in the ratio of 30%:45%:25% for Hapi, Neeyu and Yir respectively.
