The following is a standard problem found in many textbooks:

Problem: As you sit on the porch, your 0.236 kg of cold water warms from 4 C to 23 C. How much heat flowed, and did it flow into our out of water? Specific heat of water is 4.186 kJ/Kg.

Please show the all work and steps for the calculation so I can understand what I'm doing. Thank you!
