Solve the all parts of given problem:

Problem: A steel beam is measured to be 15.65m long above ground where the ambient temperature is 80 degree Celsius. This beam is then taken underground, ambient temperature of 60 degree Celsius, to be used in an underground construction project. If the beam constricts more than 0.75 percent of its length it will create problems for the project.

Part I: Can this beam used in the project?

Part II: How much energy does the beam lose after being taken underground?

Please explain how you came to your conclusion.
