The liquidation of a partnership of Estudillo, Earla and Esteban, resulted in a deficiency in Estudillo's capital account of 100,000. Estudillo can contribute only 25,000 to offset his deficiency. Earla and Esteban who have capital balances of P250,000 and P50,000 and sgare profits and losses of 2:3, will ansorb the deficiency as follows:

EE, MM and RR are partners sharing income of 1:2:3.
