Case Study: The study will be significant for the scholarly community in different ways. Here, the scholarly community refers to individuals involved in the scholarly and intellectually driven discussion, conversation, and research work. In this context, the first way of making a study to be significant is that the study brings new insights that can be very useful to the scholarly communities. It will make their interaction well-informed and enriched with new findings. It means the community is benefitted from it. The second way to make a study significant is that it is the advancement to work already done in the past. It means the study has unearthed some information that has been unknown before the study. It increases the knowledge base that, is very important for the scholarly community, and they can refer to the study and its outcomes.

The third way is to observe the concerns with a new approach in today's context, which can make some past findings limited, inaccurate, or more precise. So, a huge possibility of upgradation of past outcomes is possible with the help of study. It brings out the new dimensions available for the scholarly community to work on and discuss.

The fourth way is to bring out new directions to work that can be used by the scholarly community when they try to opt for their research work. It means that they can come up with an extended version of the study I did. It brings a chain of work that enhances knowledge in defining ways.

Study becomes significant in ways of new insights, new knowledge base, extended research opportunities, and identifying a new approaches for the scholarly communities.

Studies of human behavior may be based on social theory, motivation theory, cognitive dissonance, levels of consciousness, multiple intelligences, change theory, or resistance to change.

Organizational studies may be based on organizational systems theory, organizational learning theory, or retention theory. Consider such germinal theorists as Durkheim, Freud, Gardner, Jung, Lewin, Maslow, McClelland, Mintzberg, Schein, Senge, Taylor, or Weber. Technological or environmental research might be rooted in general systems theory as initially developed by Bertalanffy.

Business management studies are often grounded in financial theories, value theories, consumer theories, or theories that combine these elements such as Porter's five forces analysis.
