Assume that you have been asked to design a portion of the orientation program that your organization is using for new employees. Also assume that you are the HRD manager of a company called "Fleet Trucking" How might the three concepts from expectancy theory (expectancies, instrumentality, and Valence) be used to increase the motivation of these new employees?
