The FDA has begun the re-definition for healthy and to develop a symbol that the food industry can voluntarily use to label food products that meet the updated "healthy" definition. If you were to advise the FDA on a symbol that clearly communicates to consumers that the product is healthy, what would it look like? Consider that it is a clear symbol to consumers, a symbol that is based on science and a symbol that the food industry would be motivated to include.
